Franconia Insurance & Financial Services (FIFS) is an independent insurance agency in Telford, PA, and a franchise member of Keystone Insurers Group, who is ranked number three in the Top U.S. Agency Partnerships. FIFS was awarded the 2018 Pennsylvania Agent Partner of the Year for Keystone Insurers Group.
Because of our agency growth, we are hiring. We have full-time, 40 hours per week, positions for Policy Services Client Service Advisor and Client Services Advisor, both for the Personal Insurance Team. These persons work collaboratively to provide service to our clients for a wide range of insurance products.
The Policy Services Client Service Advisor is responsible for providing support for the Client Service Advisor. Some of the tasks include processing policies, generating regularly scheduled communications with clients, claims processing, and running system utilities. Essential skills for this position include:

The Client Service Advisor works collaboratively to provide service to our clients for their homeowners, personal auto, and other types of personal insurance policies. Some of the tasks include developing and maintain relationships with clients and company underwriters; being knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, and carriers; identifying potential exposures with clients and offering solutions; handle requests for changes to current policies; oversee the claims process for clients. Essential skills for this position include:

The Client Service Advisor position requires a Pennsylvania Resident Producer insurance license. New hires that do not currently hold the license will be provided 60 days to obtain the license. All licensing and continuing education fees are provided by FIFS.
