When brainstorming about ideas for a new concept or event, Kate is often the first to respond. She is a creative thinker and loves to find new and inventive ways that the agency can participate in the community. Her fresh ideas often spark conversation, whether it’s the Christmas parade float, client appreciation ideas, or ways to implement better customer service.

Kate is very generous with volunteering her time, and is encouraging to others as well. New puppies frequent the office from time to time as she is extremely passionate about raising and training dogs for The Seeing Eye®. She is focused on providing the best care for these dogs and goes to extremes to assure their success in the program. This type of care is also evident in the way she treats her clients.

Kate is known for her craft skills and putting together fun gift baskets for charities. They often include a homemade dog treat or doggy bandana.

One of her favorite family traditions is coloring Easter eggs.
