Franconia Insurance & Financial Services (FIFS) is an independent insurance agency in Telford, PA and a franchise member of Keystone Insurers Group, ranked #3 in the 2018 Top 20 Agency Partnerships. FIFS was awarded the 2018 Pennsylvania Agent Partner of the Year for Keystone Insurers Group.
Our average employee tenure at FIFS is 14 years. We have a full-time client services position open in our Personal Insurance department. Our client service advisors work collaboratively to provide service to our clients for their homeowners, personal auto and other types of personal insurance policies.
Client service advisors are required to hold a Pennsylvania Resident Producer insurance license. New hires that do not currently hold the license will be provided 90 days to obtain the license. All licensing and continuing education fees are provided by FIFS.

Responsibilities Include:
- Servicing assigned accounts following all agency systems, procedures, and insurance company regulations.
- Develop relationships with underwriters; contact underwriters for assistance with coverage questions, as needed.
- Being knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, and insurance carriers; solution-oriented services; rating procedures; coverage; and industry operations to effectively service clients and prospects.
- Having a thorough understanding of personal property and casualty insurance products and services and related coverage.
- Being a good listener to the clients, identify potential exposures, and offer solutions, keeping in mind the types of services FIFS can provide for them.
- Review existing policies to identify gaps in coverage and/or areas where clients could benefit by expanding coverage.
- Review newly issued policies for accuracy.
- Maintain orderly electronic files and documentation, following agency standards.
- Keep workload reports within acceptable agency guidelines.
- Handle requests for changes to current policies; follow up with a verification correspondence; review endorsed policy for accuracy.
- Keep database current.
- Handle all correspondence regarding existing policies.
- Help clients manage payment options.
- Seek referral opportunities for all FIFS departments.
- Oversee the claims process for clients; get involved as needed; be an advocate for the client.
- Practice enhancing a positive client experience and provide suggestions for agency improvements.
- Maintain a current insurance license and attend relevant continuing education courses to expand insurance and product knowledge.
- Be a positive promoter of FIFS in all business and personal settings.
