Over the past several years I have had the privilege to assist with Souderton Area High School’s Pathway 360 program. The goal of SAHS Pathway 360 is to ensure that all students are considering their post-high school goals as they plan and select courses during their four years in high school. The hope is that engaging students in goal-related conversations will make their high school education more relevant while also preparing them to make more informed post-high school decisions. A requirement of the Pathway 360 program is a 20-hour mentorship.
CJ Stine, a SAHS senior recently completed his mentorship here at FIFS. During his time he helped create new presentation material, entered data in our management system, helped prepare mailings to clients, and shadowed FIFS staff.
