FIFS is growing. We are excited to announce the new additions to our FIFS team.

Stephanie Bower came to us on a glowing recommendation and now serves clients in our Capital Advisor Group. Before joining us, Stephanie built an extensive background in a consulting firm. She specialized in customer experience measurement for hospitality clients. She has experience in project management, customer service, and software training. The year before joining FIFS, Stephanie stayed home with her two daughters. Stephanie remarks that, “the friendly and relaxed environment” are her favorite parts of working at FIFS and “most of all, I am grateful for my team who has been supportive and motivating. I really enjoy coming to work each day!”

Brett Butler joined our Business Property & Casualty team as a Business Insurance Advisor after sparking a conversation with FIFS Partner Chad Yoder while he and his wife were at a local restaurant. Brett’s background is in insurance. He grew up in a family insurance business in the Lehigh Valley as a third-generation employee for ten years before shifting into technical engineering sales. Brett says his favorite part of working here at FIFS is “helping business owners solve problems they are experiencing based on the risk of the business.” And “The extra effort FIFS goes through to make sure a client’s claim is being handled properly.”

Martha Morelli has joined our Personal Property & Casualty team as a Client Service Advisor. She first learned of FIFS when she and her husband purchased their home in 2018 and sought out FIFS for homeowners insurance. Before coming to FIFS, Martha worked in accounting and customer service for Solar Atmospheres in Souderton and then was a stay-at-home mom when her second daughter was born. Martha says her favorite part of working here at FIFS has been the team. “The team here has felt like a supportive family, and I am so thankful for that!”

Lauren Roynan has joined our team as a Client Service Advisor for the Business Property & Casualty department. She first learned about FIFS through a posting on Indeed while exploring options for a career she could grow in, and not just another job. Prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Lauren managed a spa in North Wales. Right at the time the world shut down due to the pandemic, she became a mom to a newborn, and a teacher to her older children. She says “At that time, my kids needed me most, so I stayed home with them for two years. I enjoyed every moment of it! This time staying home, allowed me time to explore and think about what I was looking for in a career and my future. This led me to where I am at now, FIFS.” Lauren remarks that her favorite part of working with FIFS is “the willingness of the employees to help me learn and grow. Starting a new career isn’t always easy, especially in a whole new field, but everyone here at FIFS made me feel welcome and at ease from day one. They have a great training program in place and are always on your side with helping you succeed.”

Our primary focus is on delivering excellent client experiences. FIFS continues to grow and serve our expanding client base. That’s why, we are currently looking to hire additional full-time Client Service Advisors in our Business Property & Casualty and Personal Property & Casualty departments.
