Brett’s path within the insurance industry has always been personal.
In 2009, Brett graduated from Cabrini University with honors in Political Science and a minor in Business. He began his career with Enterprise Holdings as a Management Trainee. As an MT, Brett received a wealth of training within sales, superior services, fleet management, and logistics. He later accepted a job at the insurance agency owned and operated by his family.
As he started the next chapter of his career at Brosky Insurance, he was fortunate to be a third-generation employee. It was there that insurance became very personal to him. “My grandfather and family taught me the value of hard work, great service, staying true to your word, and how to complete tasks in a timely fashion, all while building trust and relationships as they have done since 1965.”
Brett made a slight career detour into optical engineering sales, gaining a wealth of knowledge regarding manufacturing, raw materials, engineering, and understanding what it meant to be AS9100D and ISO 99001:2015.
A casual meeting led Brett to Franconia Insurance and Financial Services. He works with business clients to improve the overall health of their companies using the strategies of FIFS Employer Advantage.

Brett’s favorite vehicle is a 1950 Dodge Power Wagon.
In the early 1900s, Thomas Edison spent over six months residing in the same house as Brett’s childhood home. At the time, he was attempting to electrify steel to make it stronger.
