 With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Chad brings deep expertise and a problem-solving mindset to every client interaction. Chad currently serves as the Personal Insurance Manager and is a Partner at FIFS.

Holding a CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, Chad is committed to continued professional growth and delivering tailored risk management solutions. He values a relational, value-based approach to securing the proper coverage for his clients.  His primary focus is personal insurance, transportation, and aviation exposures.

Beyond the office, Chad and his wife Jen enjoy visiting their kids in Colorado, hiking 14ers and Via Ferratas, spending time with grandkids, and enjoying the beach in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He is also an avid archery hunting enthusiast.

Chad holds a class A CDL (commercial driver’s license) and a private pilot certificate.

He has served with Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS), Sharing With Appalachian People (SWAP), MAMA Project in Honduras, Bethany Birches Camp, and other organizations.

Chad also serves as a church trustee and holds various board positions.
