Jacob Waldron is a Client Service Advisor for personal lines of insurance and has been with FIFS since November 2025. He graduated from Syracuse University in 2021 with a degree in Economics and Citizenship & Civic Engagement. Prior to FIFS, Jacob spent four years in the digital marketing industry.

Outside of the office, Jacob has a passion for cooking and theater.

Jacob comes from a family with eight other siblings.

While in college, Jacob was very active with the Syracuse University drumline and played tenor drums for three years.

Had it not been for the LSAT, Jacob would have pursued a career in law.

Jacob’s first car was a 2002 L300 Saturn named “Big Bertha.”
