Janelle is a Client Service Advisor for Policy Services and has worked at FIFS since 1999. Janelle has a B.S. in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy College and received her CISR designation in 2009.

When Janelle isn’t at work, she volunteers at Mennonite Resource Center. She also enjoys reading, spending time with family, and attending baseball games.
