As Operations Manager at Franconia Insurance & Financial Services (FIFS), Karla Myers plays a central role in ensuring smooth and efficient workflows for the entire team. With a strong commitment to operational excellence, Karla works to optimize internal procedures and explore innovative ways to enhance the services provided to clients.

Karla oversees the agency’s adherence to regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational integrity—proactively identifying and addressing potential threats. She also manages the agency’s information technology systems, staying current with evolving platforms, implementing new technologies, and guiding staff through seamless onboarding processes.

With experience across all insurance departments at FIFS, Karla brings a comprehensive understanding of agency operations. Her background allows her to bridge interdepartmental needs with effective solutions, fostering communication and teamwork across the organization.

In addition to her operational leadership, Karla uses her creative skills to direct the agency’s marketing efforts and problem-solving. She is energized by learning new systems and approaches, always with an eye toward improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Karla is a Past-President of the Souderton-Telford Rotary, a Director for the Indian Valley Education Foundation, a Rotary Liaison for the Souderton Area High School (SAHS) Interact Club, and a member of the SAHS Pathway Advisor Team.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, quilting, and watching Phillies games.

Karla is an INDYCAR fan who annually attends the Indianapolis 500 with some of her family.

She is a recipient of the “Souderton Area High School Friend of Education Award” and “Applied Client Network Community Impact Award”.

Karla’s first car was a 1969 Ford Galaxie 500.
