Rhonda is a Client Service Advisor for personal insurance and has worked at FIFS since 1987. She has an education from Christopher Dock Mennonite High School and received her CISR designation in 2000. One of the biggest things that Rhonda likes about working at FIFS is that her role continually changes and evolves to fit the times that we live in. In addition, she prides herself on taking those changes in stride and making our clients feel valued and attended to.

When Rhonda isn’t working, she volunteers with her church and likes gardening, baking, and traveling.
