FIFS selected Manna on Main Street to be this year’s recipient of Goodville Mutual’s Charity of Choice program. This program asks partner agencies to select a food bank, shelter, children’s home, or ministry to present a $500 check toward their community aid initiatives. Through this wonderful program, FIFS was able to choose a deserving community resource to support.
Manna on Main Street is a 501c3 organization in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, dedicated to ending hunger in the North Penn region. They provide many services to community members in need. These include a soup kitchen, food pantry, counseling, emergency financial assistance, and education.
Karla, Jim, and Ben of FIFS personally delivered the check to Manna on Main Street, where Sheldon Good, Director of Development and Strategic Direction, accepted it on behalf of the organization. At FIFS, we believe we have a responsibility to give back and support our local community resources. We appreciate all that Manna on Main Street is doing!
