Kate Christie, CISR Elite, a Client Service Advisor at FIFS since 2009, will be retiring this week. Kate has been a key member of the team, providing service to our personal insurance clients.
To celebrate Kate’s accomplishments, the FIFS staff held a luncheon at the Washington House in Sellersville. At the luncheon, Chad Yoder, FIFS Partner, shared some of her gifts, including strong communication skills, creativity, and empathy, stating Kate uses her “…listening ear (to staff and clients alike) seeking to understand someone’s situation in a non-judgmental and caring manner.”
As Kate addressed the group with her top ten list of things she will miss when she retires, she concluded by saying, “I really loved working for FIFS for the past 16 years and am very proud to have worked for an agency with such integrity. You are not just my co-workers but also my friends, and I will really miss you. However, I am looking forward to spending time doing all the things that I love.”
